My passion is supporting:
For all of us at times, there can be circumstances, beliefs or habits that get in the way of our strength and wisdom. I offer the steady support and access to information that will facilitate the healing process to unfold with greater ease.
I look forward to connecting with you.

It is so important to me that you feel comfortable & deeply understood. I encourage you to ask questions & follow your instincts. If you would like to have an initial chat, please contact me via the form below indicating a few times that might work for us to connect.
I love to work with little ones who are struggling with emotional regulation, bullying, assertiveness, sibling rivalry, self-esteem, or challenging life situations helping them to find the world a less confusing place.
I use Compassionate Communication (NVC), Expressive Arts Therapy, Circle of Security, Social Stories, Bioenergetics, social games, role plays and Symbol Work to build safety and support whilst learning and healing in a fun way, conducive to the way their wonderful minds work.
Based on decades of attachment research, I deliver the world renowned Circle of Security Parenting program. This powerful program supports you to rely on and honour your innate wisdom and find your power as a parent. Supporting you to enhance your child's self esteem and resiliency as well as create greater ease and enjoyment in being a parent.
Compassionate Communication (also known as Non-violent Communication or NVC) is based on the wonderful work of Psychologist Marshall Rosenberg.
This work brings profound awareness and inner connection, opening doorways to greater intimacy and connection within yourself and in all relationships.
Whether you are simply needing support with direction, learning new relational skills or the deeper work of healing, journey integration, understanding a significant life challenge or reconnection in a relationship, I work with sensitivity and commitment to your individual needs. The work of therapy takes courage and I aim to meet you exactly where you are at and honour the pace at which you wish to work.

Having been diagnosed myself at the age of 42, I understand the confusion, grief and overwhelm ADHD can bring. Those with a fast mind can face many labels and and much prejudice, being left to feel seen only through a lens of disorder.
Where neurology is not typical, it is vital differences be honoured and celebrated for their capacities and potential. Harnessing these can be tricky! Yet we can use diagnosis as a map to where support and scaffolding are required to facilitate greater belonging, ease and connection in the world for those who until now, have often felt incredible isolation and chaos.
I believe it to be essential that a holistic approach is taken when we aim to understand the unique inner experience of another. Our neurobiological landscapes, personal biographies, relational and physical environments and circumstances are all keys to the healing and meaning we seek.

I believe it to be essential that a holistic approach is taken when we aim to understand the unique inner experience of another. Our neurobiological landscapes, personal biographies, relational and physical environments and circumstances are all keys to the healing and meaning we seek.
So many things can impact our connection to this and the path is so very personal for each of us.
Psycho/social education, mindfulness, body work (Somatic Focusing) and talk therapy are all methods I find direct us in shaping the best care for supporting our journey to the truest, most free expression of our individual self-actualisation.
I love to support parents to get clear on what gets in the way of doing what they intuitively know is helpful. I love to support parents to get clear on what gets in the way of doing what they intuitively know is helpful. When we grow our capacity to notice our thinking and impact of that, we are able to access far greater choice and better read children's changing needs. This awareness provides children with the deeply secure relational attachment and conditions that support their resilience and liklihood of thriving.
My approach to supporting parents draws on Attachment Theory, Relational Neurobiology, NVC, Emotion Coaching, Family Systems Theory, child development and decades of experience working with children with complex behaviours, of all ages and numerous neurodiversities.

Much of my counselling work with relationships draws primarily on the wonderful Gottman Method, Emotion Focused Technique, Stan Tatkin's work ( Wired for Love) and Conscious Communication (also known as Nonviolent Communication).
This work takes into account advanced attachment theory and decades of evidence based research on habits of lasting loving relationships. Regardless of early relational experiences, habits of secure emotional intimacy can be learnt. Our goal is to give you all the tools you need to grow and maintain a strong, fun and authentic union that deeply sustains and honours both partners.
